The French LSF took place in Bordeaux. 14 representatives of local governmental agencies, local motorway agencies and governmental scientific networks came together to discuss issues related to international best practices and local problems and needs due to seasonal traffic peaks . The participants had a hands-on test of the DELTA DSI and provided an evaluation after its use.

The Hungarian LSF took place in Budapest University Conference Centre. 17 representatives of ministries, regional transport organizations, public transport associations, transport research institutes, railway companies and academic faculties came together to discuss the local problems and needs associated to seasonal traffic peaks. The participants had the opprortunity to use and evaluate the DELTA DSI together a productive brainstorming session on seasonal traffic peaks.

The Swedish LSF took place in Oland. 8 representatives of the national transport administration sector, local municipalities, planners and regional transport company came together to gain an overview of the DELTA activities, to discuss best practices in seasonal demand management and assess the mobility schemes studied in the framework of the project. Following this introductory discussion, the participants had the opprortunity to watch a demonstration of the DELTA DSI and evaluate it.

The Spanish LSF took place in Palma Mallorca. 13 representatives of the public sector and private tourist, ICT and mobility companies came together to discuss the local problems and needs associated with seasonal traffic peaks and to have a demonstration of the DELTA DSI. Following the demonstration the participants provided their comments together with an evaluation report.

The Greek LSF took place in Nea Moudania, Chalkidiki. 13 local, regional and national stakeholders involved in the fields of local governance, tourism networks and public transport operations came together to gain an overview of the DELTA activities, to discuss best practices in seasonal demand management and to assess the solutions proposed by the DELTA project. Following a fruitful discussion on local problems and needs related to peak traffic, the participants had the opprortunity to watch a demonstration of the DELTA DSI and evaluate it.

The Slovenian LSF took place in Solcava. 15 representatives of local regional authorities, governmental organizations, ministries, universities and tourism organizations came together to gain an overview of the DELTA activities, to discuss international best practices in seasonal demand management, analyse the current situation related to traffic peak problems in Slovenia and evaluate the DELTA project results. Following these discussions, the participants had the opprortunity to watch a demonstration of the DELTA DSI, propose suggestions for improvements and evaluate it.
